1. FS-PE

FS-PE is FlameStop Polyester, a material specifically designed for high fire safety standards in buildings. FS-PE is a permeable, fire-retardant duct that FabricSox produces for universal use. It works for air-conditioning, air cooling, and fresh air circulation without condensation, even in extreme environments.

2. FS-NP

FS-NP fabric air ducting is a versatile material that can be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications where fire safety is a top priority. Non-permeable fire retardant duct FS-NP is mainly used for evaporative air cooling, fresh air circulation, or air conditioning in low-humidity areas. FS-AM stands for FlameStop Anti-Microbial, and it is a material that has been specifically designed to meet the high hygiene standards required in some commercial and industrial applications. Anti-microbial fire retardant duct FS-AM is used for areas requiring very high levels of cleanliness such as Pharmaceutical or clean room applications.

4. FS-AS

‘FS-AS’ is used for installations where any static buildup should be avoided. 5. FS-AT

Anti-stain fire retardant duct FS-AT is an anti-stain fire retardant duct that does not allow permanent stains to be imparted into the fabric.  These ducts are particularly useful in environments where the ducts are frequently dirtied and regular cleaning is necessary to maintain both the aesthetics and air quality of the space. Examples of such environments include kitchens, sticky ingredient manufacturing plants, restaurants, tunnel applications, and other similar facilities.

a. Fire Retardant

Fire safety is a crucial consideration in public facilities such as schools, hospitals, offices, and other buildings where large numbers of people congregate. FabricSox represents the highest standards in fire safety and adheres to the highest fire resistance standards, specifically, BS 476 Part 6 & 7 and NFPA 90A. These standards test materials for their ability to resist fire, ignition, and flame spread.

b. Optimum Permeability

FS-NP fabric air ducting is a versatile material that can be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications where fire safety is a top priority. All standard components such as Reducers, Tee, Bend, Y, and Square to Round are easily designed & manufactured in FabricSox. Internal Shape Maintaining Rings: (SRR) Maintaining shape

FabricSox offers SRR for round duct shapes to maintain the aesthetic round shape of the duct even when there is no air or air with less pressure flowing through it. The SRR connectors offered by FabricSox can be used to transition the duct from a square shape to a round shape while maintaining the overall aesthetic appeal of a round duct.

When the duct is under suction, the SRR connector allows the duct to act as a carrier of air to the unit. This can be useful in applications where return air needs to be transported from a particular area to the HVAC unit. By using the SRR connectors, the duct can maintain its round shape, which may provide better airflow and reduced air resistance.

Once the design is created, FabricSox uses CFD analysis to simulate the behavior of the airflow in the duct system. This allows for a detailed analysis of the airflow patterns, pressure drops, and other factors that may impact the performance of the system; which helps in verifying and improving results.

Before proceeding to final production, FabricSox conducts testing in its Air Dispersion Test Lab. The preliminary pieces of the duct system are tested in an Air Dispersion Test Lab in a controlled environment to verify and improve the results. a. End-to-End Accountability

FabricSox has its own fabric processing plant, which means they have complete control over the quality of the fabric used in their products. FabricSox also has a dedicated warehouse where they can store large quantities of raw materials and finished products.

FabricSox uses state-of-the-art laser cutting machinery to cut the fabric used in their air ducts. Finally, FabricSox has a stitching setup that allows them to quickly and efficiently sew the fabric pieces together to create the final product.

b. Test Warehouse

FabricSox has a dedicated test warehouse where they can test their fabric air ducting systems in real-world conditions.FabricSox also has specific mechanisms in place to ensure that the end results meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

FabricSox uses an SAP system to maintain records throughout the entire lifecycle, which includes tracking the product from the basic fabric stage to the finished product, to monitor and maintain the quality of the product at every step of the process.
